WINONA LAKE, IN—Grace College men’s basketball junior center Eric Gaff (Elkhart, IN/ Concord HS) took a step into the record books Wednesday night as he became the 38^th player in Lancer history to eclipse the 1,000 point mark.

“Eric has done a great job developing himself into a scoring threat in our league,” said assistant coach Matt Moore. “We are extremely proud of all he has accomplished thus far and look forward to see where he can take this team.”

Eric went over the 1,000 point mark for his career in a 79-67 victory over Marian College moving the Lancers into first place in the MCC at 5-1. Going into the Marian game Gaff stood at 993 career total points and tallied 15 pushing his total to 1,008. On the season Gaff is averaging 14 points and 9 rebounds per game as Grace is 16-4 on the year and 5-1 in the MCC.
