KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The NAIA Men's Soccer national weekly honors have been announced and Joel Trainer of Indiana Wesleyan was named National Offensive Player of the Week, for the week of Sept. 15-21.

Trainer, a 6-0 forward from Colorado Springs, Colo., was instrumental in Indiana Wesleyan's upset win over then-No.1 Auburn Montgomery (Ala.). The senior netted three goals and added an assist in the Wildcats' 6-2 win. Trainer then followed that performance with another goal in a 2-1 victory over Mobile (Ala.). For the week, he had a total of four goals, one assist and had nine total points.
