The Spring Arbor University cross country programs will do something in November that neither program has done in nearly a decade: host a conference championship meet.
On November 8, 2008, runners from all over the Mid Central Conference will converge on Whiffletree Hill Golf Course in Concord, where SAU will play host to the men's and women's conference championship meets.

In an effort to encourage camaraderie and fellowship, the two programs will also play host to a conference banquet which will take place in Dunkel Gymnasium on the campus of Spring Arbor University. The banquet will be open to all conference teams and will take place following the conclusion of both races at 2:00 p.m.
