With one day of action in the books at the 2009 MCC Track & Field Championships, Bethel stands in first place in both the men's and women's competition.
After seven events, the Bethel women's team has accumulated 82 points followed by Indiana Wesleyan with 62 points. On the men's side, Bethel leads Indiana Wesleyan 62-52 after six events.Beginning at 2:30 on Saturday, all remaining finals on the track will get started. The final seven field events will get underway at 1:30.
The awards ceremony is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Saturday at the conclusion of the day's events.
The cost of admission per day will be $5.00 for adults and $2.00 for students.
