Spring Arbor is the No. 1 seed in the 2009 MCC Baseball Tournament
Taylor defeated Bethel, 13-4, to capture the 2009 MCC Baseball Tournament Championship, and the automatic bid to the NAIA National Championship Opening Round.

An automatic bid to the 2009 NAIA Baseball National Championship Opening round will go to the winner of the MCC Baseball Tournament. There will be nine NAIA Opening Round sites throughout the country, scheduled for May 12-15.
The 2009 Avista-NAIA World Series will be played May 22-29 in Lewiston, Idaho.
Cost of admission for the MCC Baseball Tournament will be $2.00 for students and $5.00 for adults.
