The Mid-Central College Conference has recognized 332 student-athletes from 14 conference sports on the 2008-09 MCC Academic All-Conference Team.

Student-athletes from all nine member institutions who are in their third, fourth, or fifth year of eligibility and achieved a cumulative grade point average of 3.40 or greater for the entire academic year are eligible for the award.
