Three Mid-Central College Conference schools were recognized in the Men's Cross Country preseason top 25 rankings released today by the NAIA national office.
 
Huntington University topped the MCC schools at No. 13 with 304 votes. The Foresters finished last season ranked 8th in the country.
 
Taylor University jumped to No. 22 with 178 votes after appearing in the receiving votes section of the final 2008 poll.
 
The Wildcats of Indiana Wesleyan received 114 votes, landing just two spots outside the top 25.
 
Two-time defending national champion Malone University was selected No. 1 overall for the 23rd consecutive week dating back to 2007.
