Bethel checks in at No. 9 in the latest NAIA Men's Soccer Coaches' Top 25 Poll released by the NAIA on Tuesday. The one spot jump comes on the heels of two consecutive weeks at No. 10.

On Saturday the Pilots defeated Marian 2-0 to capture their second straight MCC championship and end the regular season with a perfect 8-0 league record. Standing 15-0-1 overall Bethel is one of just six unbeaten teams in the country.

The current top 10 teams sport an impressive 118-13-14 (.862) combined record this season including a 10-0-4 (.857) mark in the past week.

Goshen took second in the MCC regular season and grabbed one vote in the Top 25. They open the postseason against Spring Arbor.

For the ninth time this season Bethel (Tenn.) grabbed the top spot in the poll.
