The finals are set featuring top-seeded Bethel playing host to Indiana Wesleyan. The unbeaten Pilots posted a 3-0 shutout of Taylor while the Wildcats upset second-seeded Goshen 1-0 in the semifinals.

No. 8 Bethel won the regular season match 3-2, led by Romulo Nobrega's second hat trick in as many games. However, Indiana Wesleyan has won four of five matches since that Oct. 14 meeting, outscoring its opponents 7-3.
