A week after four MCC schools showed marked improvement in the NAIA Women's Basketball Coaches' Top 25, two in the group fell in the polls and two others held their spots in the latest top 25 released by the national office Monday.

Indiana Wesleyan took the hardest fall after suffering a 68-60 loss at Spring Arbor last week. The Wildcats (21-5, 10-2) slide three spots to No. 9, their lowest ranking since being selected No. 14 in the preseason poll.

Saint Francis (16-9, 10-2) and Huntington (17-7, 8-4) held their spots at No. 11 and No. 18, respectively.
The Cougars, in the midst of a seven-game winning streak and winners in nine of their last 10 outings, are now tied with IWU at the top of the league. The two will square off on Wednesday at Indiana Wesleyan in the MCC highlight matchup of the week.

The Foresters have won five of their last six with the sole loss coming at home against Indiana Wesleyan last week.

Stumbling to a .500 record since appearing in the rankings on Jan. 11, Marian drops one spot to No. 24. The Knights (16-10, 7-5) took a loss to un-ranked Taylor last week and then stepped out of league play in a win over Kuyper on Friday.

Bethel and Taylor each continue to receive votes in the polls but fall outside the top 25.

The top three schools held their positions in the poll with Hastings College (Neb.) taking all 16 first-place votes and the top spot.
